Community Animal Hospital in
Reno, NV will be hosting classes this winter season for
veterinarians in Dental Radiography and Extractions. The
class will consist of lectures and a hands-on wet lab. This
class has been approved by RACE for 8 hours of CE credit.
Sunday January 17th or 24th from 9am - 5:30p. Please
RSVP by Thursday January 7th.
Cost is $450, lunch
included.
Each student will obtain
hands-on experience in dental radiographic positioning,
technique, and interpretation. Each student will have one
feline and one canine cadaver head, one set of instruments,
and one operatory with highspeed and lowspeed handpieces to
perform the following procedures:

Surgical extractions

Proper use of line
angles

Alveoloplasty

Proper creation of a
flap without tension
